State weather bureau PAGASA said the easterlies will affect the Philippines.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms brought by the easterlies will be experienced in Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
PAGASA warned that possible flash floods or landslide may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Further, moderate to strong wind speed, moving east to southeast, can be expected over the northern section of Luzon and the eastern section of the country.
Meanwhile, the rest of the Philippines will have light to moderate wind speed moving southeast.
