World War II survivor: Justice can't be served in Pres. Duterte's administration

World War II survivor Estelita Dy lamented that she wants to achieve justice but there is no hope in President Rodrigo Duterte's administration.

In a forum on Monday, Dy, a comfort woman, shared her experiences during the world war. Dy wanted to seek justice but the current administration is not helping.

Sharon Cabusao-Silva of Gabriela explained that the most important demand of Filipino comfort women is the public apology followed by compensations.

Under International Humanitarian Law, there is already a guide for individual compensations for the victims of World War II.
