A construction site in Makati City caught fire Monday afternoon.

At 1:44PM, the first alert was raised and fire responders headed to the site in Ayala-EDSA Makati City.

By 2:12PM, the fire was declared under control.

The construction site was an unfinished building where the Intercontinental Hotel was formerly situated.

As of Monday, 3PM, there are no reports yet on what caused the fire.
