DOH reports 2 'fully-recovered' COVID-19 patients


The Department of Health (DOH) announced two coronavirus disease (COVID-19) patients have already recovered in the country.

As of Sunday morning, Health Secretary Francisco Duque III initially disclosed 5 patients recovered from the deadly virus.

However, DOH clarified on Sunday evening that there have only been 2 fully-recovered COVID-19 patients.

The two are patients PH1 and PH3 are: a 38-year-old Chinese female and a 60-year-old Chinese female.

As of Monday morning, the number of people infected with the deadly virus spiked to 140 cases while the total number of deaths is at 12.
