State weather agency PAGASA announced that the easterlies affect the Philippines with isolated rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Possible flash floods or landslide during severe thunderstorms may occur, PAGASA warned.
For the wind and coastal water conditions, Extreme Northern Luzon will have moderate to strong wind speed moving southeast while its coastal waters are moderate to rough.
The rest of the country, on the other hand, will have light to moderate wind speed moving east to southeast while its coastal waters are slight to moderate.
